January NWC Food Demonstration

What a success! We joined together to enjoy a feast of Gluten-free and Vegan menu 4-course meal prepared by Merrily, Jim & Jane. They shared on the 5 steps and their personal journey since beginning the Natural Way.


-Tapas-

Raw Vegetables sprinkled w/Mary-Ann's Seasoning Salt dipped in Cheesy Sauce

A way to get in your raw before cooked while dinner (or any meal for that matter) is being prepared.


-Salad-

Lettuce Wraps - Chopped raw vegetables, lots of yummy sauces, avocado and lettuce leaves.

A play on the traditional salad.


-Entree-

Thin Crust Pizza - Brown Rice Tortilla crust, Tomato/Pesto pizza sauce, grilled vegetables, topped with the Cheesy sauce, fresh basil and fresh chopped tomatoes

A satisfying spin on an old favorite!


-Desert-

Cashew Nut Ice Cream topped with an Agave Nectar sweetened Raspberry Sauce

To die for!
